摘要
目的加强团队精益管理,降低销售环节药品报损额。方法开展品质管理活动,成立品管圈活动组,对导致药品报损的原因进行分析,找出主要原因,并进行改进。结果季度销售药品报损额从48 007. 49元降至6 584. 72元,目标达标率为149. 05%,进步率为86. 28%。结论品管圈提高了药品销售环节工作质量,降低了药品报损额,激发了员工工作积极性。
Objective To strengthen the lean management of team and reduce the reported loss of drugs in sales.Methods Quality management activity was carried out,and quality control circle(QCC)activity group was established to analyze the causes of drug loss,find out the main causes and improve them.Results The drug loss in quarterly sales decreased from 48007.49 Yuan to 6584.72 Yuan.The target achievement rate was 149.05%,and the progress rate was 86.28%.Conclusion QCC activity can improve the work quality of drug sales,reduce drug loss,and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
