摘要
目的降低药品报损率,提高药品管理质量。方法采用PDCA循环管理法对药品报损进行管理,目标将药品报损率控制在0.1%以下。管理措施主要包括:完善药品报损制度,明确报损范围,加强药品入库验收,完善库房管理,减少药房领药过程中的报损,减少药品调剂中的报损。每月检查药剂人员执行药品报损制度情况,计算药品报损率,并进行分析和评定,检查整改的效果,提出新的计划和措施。结果运用PDCA循环管理后,药品报损率降至0.0697%,达到本轮PDCA循环的目标。结论采用PDCA循环管理法可有效降低药品报损率,提高医院药品管理的质量。
Objective To reduce the reported loss rate of hospital drugs, to improve the quality of hospital drug administration. Methods Plan-do-check-action （PDCA） cycle management method was used to manage reported loss of drugs; the goal was to control drugs reported loss＇rate less than 0.1%. Results After the use of PDCA cycle management, drug reported loss rate fell to 0.0697%. The goalof current round of PDCA cycle was reached. Management measures included： improving drugs reported loss system; determining the scope of the reported loss drugs; strengthening drug warehousing inspection; improving warehouse management; reducing the reported loss during drug transportation from storehouse to pharmacy; reducing the reported loss during drug dispensing. The pharmacy personnel＇s respecting of reported loss drugs regulations were monthly checked, drugs reported loss rate was calculated, and the check results were analyzed and evaluated; the rectification effect was checked, and new programs and initiatives were proposed. Conclusions With the management method of PDCA cycle, drug reported loss rate can be effectively reduced, and the quality of hospital drug administration will be improved.
