摘要
医疗机构强化建设人力资源管理工作,可作为医疗发展进程实现的一个有效途径。普外科作为医院中的一个重要科室,为能够强化外科的人力资源管理,在实际工作的过程中将绩效考核考虑在内能够发挥重要的作用。由此,该文首先阐述了外科护理管理中绩效考核应用的必要性,其后就外科绩效考核中存在的问题予以分析,最后探讨了绩效考核在外科护理管理中的应用策略,其主要目的在于提升外科护理管理水平。
Medical institutions have also carried out human resource management work, and medical institutions have strengthened the construction of human resources. Resource management can be an effective way to achieve medical development. As an important department in the hospital, general surgery can play an important role in strengthening the human resources management of surgery and taking performance appraisal into account in the actual work process. Therefore, this paper first expounds the necessity of performance appraisal in surgical nursing management, and then analyzes the problems existing in surgical performance appraisal. Finally, it discusses the application strategy of performance appraisal in surgical nursing management. Its main purpose is to improve surgical care management level.
