摘要
目的 掌握东部经济发达地区高校大学生卫生服务需要与利用,提高大学生健康水平。方法 随机整群抽取600名大学生进行调查,采用单因素分析、多因素分析等方法对大学生卫生服务需要的影响因素进行分析。结果 该校大学生卫生服务需要强,卫生服务利用高,生活习惯有待引导,心理压力较大,高年级大学生患病风险高。结论 加强疾病预防与健康宣教,引导大学生培养健康生活习惯,加强校医院服务能力建设,注重大学生心理预防和高年级大学生健康状况。
Objective To study the health service need and utilization of university students in the economically developed areas of Eastern China,and to improve their health level.Methods Six hundred university students were investigated by random cluster sampling,and the factors affecting the health service needs of university students were analyzed by single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis.Results The demand for health service and utilization of university students were high.Their lifestyle needed to be guided,psychological pressure was high and university students of higher grade had a higher risk of disease.Conclusion Disease prevention and health education should be strengthened.University students should be guided to cultivate healthy living habits.Universities should strengthen the construction of school hospital service,pay attention to the psychological prevention of university students and the health status of senior students.
