摘要
农村劳动力非农转移背景下,机械替代人工成为大势所趋,但仍存在雇工现象。以南方水稻种植户为考查对象,基于粤赣两省2016年1 614户稻农调查数据,从水田经营规模与地形条件角度实证分析,水稻劳动密集型生产环节外包方式选择的影响因素。结果显示,水田经营规模、地形条件及其交互项显著正向影响水稻劳动密集型生产环节外包方式,水稻种植规模越大、所处地区为非平原地形,稻农在整地与收割环节雇工可能性越高。此外,租赁农机费用显著正向影响收割环节外包选择雇工,而雇工费用显著负向影响整地与收割环节外包选择雇工。研发适用于非平原地区的农机和降低土地细碎化程度、完善田间机耕道路等基础设施,可有效促进农机社会化服务发展。
Under the background of non- agricultural transfer of rural labor force, mechanical substitution for manual labor has become the general trend, but the phenomenon of employing manual labor still exists. Southern rice growers were took as the object of investigation. Based on the investigation of southern rice growers, the survey data of 1 614 rice farmers in Guangdong and Jiangxi Provinces in 2016 was used to empirically analyzed the factors affecting rice farmers' outsourcing selection in rice labor-intensive production chain from the perspective of paddy field scale and topographic condition. The results showed that the paddy field scale, topographic conditions, and their interactions had a significant positive impact on the choice of production process outsourcing options. The larger the rice-growing scale and the terrain which the village located is non-plain, the more rice farmers would employed labor force in rice laborintensive sectors. In addition, the employment of machinery costs had a significant positive impact on the selection of employing labor for the production and outsourcing of harvesting chain, and the employment costs were significantly negative for rice farmers employing labor in labor-intensive production chain. It could be seen that the research and development of agricultural machinery suitable for using in non-plain areas, reducing the degree of fragmentation of land, and perfecting infrastructure such as field roads which were effective ways to promote the development of socialized agricultural services.
