摘要
近年来新型农业经营主体在发展壮大过程中围绕典型的农机作业服务,表现出从服务需求者向服务供给者转变的动态特征,但现有研究未将此双重角色置于统一的分析框架中,呈现着割裂的研究状态,缺乏对角色转变的逻辑阐释。鉴于此,本文在角色转变的动态视角之下,以农地经营规模变化表征新型农业经营主体的成长过程,通过分析新型农业经营主体在不同农地规模阶段购买和供给农机作业服务所面临的交易成本的变化及其影响,构建探寻双重角色的形成机制和转变逻辑的分析框架。
In recent years,new agricultural management entities have developed around the typical agricultural machinery service during the development and growth process,showing the dynamic characteristics of changing from service demanders to service providers.However,existing research has not put this dual role in a unified analysis framework,presenting a fragmented state of research and lacking a logical interpretation of the role change.To this end,under the dynamic perspective of the role change,this paper uses changes in the scale of farm land management to characterize the growth process of new agricultural management entities,and by analyzing the changes in transaction costs faced by new agricultural management entities in purchasing and supplying agricultural machinery operation services at different stages of farmland scale and their impacts,and constructs an analysis framework that explores the formation mechanism of dual roles and the logic of transformation.From the perspective of role transformation,this paper examines the demand for agricultural machinery operation services by the new agricultural management entities from a discussion of the mechanism of how agricultural machinery operation services affect the scale of farmland operations.Then,as the scale of agricultural land expands,the heterogeneous impact on the expansion of agricultural land management scale caused by the increase in the transaction cost of purchase of agricultural machinery operation services will be analyzed,thus logically transitioning from the purchase of agricultural machinery operation services to the focus on self-purchase of agricultural machinery.Then,under this change,this paper continues to analyze the characteristics of the transaction cost of self-purchased agricultural machinery,the division of labor in the external market capacity and explore the new agricultural business entities to choose external supply of agricultural machinery operation service regulations at this stage of scale.The cultivation and development of new agricultural management subjects is discussed from the perspective of role transformation.
