大庆油田致密油藏开发钻井提速技术浅析 被引量:3

摘要 大庆油田金28区块油气主要来自齐家-古龙凹陷的青山口组源岩,储层与源岩成指状接触,有利于形成自生自储的致密油藏,该区扶余油层和高台子油层的产能均达到了工业开采价值,针对高台子油层部署的4口水平井分别开发高GⅣ1、GⅣ3、GⅣ4、GⅣ5致密油层,设计水平段长,穿越嫩江组、姚家组等极其不稳定地层,钻井施工难度大。根据实钻经验,结合地质情况,给出不同施工井段的钻具组合、钻井参数及轨迹施工要求,同时强化钻井液性能,最终实现了致密油长水平段水平井的快速优质钻井,为后续开发提供了宝贵经验。 Petroleum in Block Jin28 of Daqing Oilfield mainly come from source rocks of Qingshankou Formation in Qijia-Gulong Depression.The reservoir contacts with source rocks in finger shape,which is conducive to forming dense reservoirs of self-generation and self-storage.The productivity of Fuyu and Gaotaizi reservoirs in this area is of industrial production value.Four horizontal wells deployed in Gaotaizi reservoir are designed to develop the tight reservoirs of GⅣ1、GⅣ3、GⅣ4、GⅣ5 respectively.The horizontal wells have long horizontal section to across through extremely unstable formations such as Nenjiang Formation and Yaojia Formation.Therefore,drilling construction is difficult.According to actual drilling experience and geological conditions,the drilling tool combination,drilling parameters and trajectory construction requirements of different construction sections are given.At the same time,the drilling fluid performance is strengthened.Finally,the fast and high-quality drilling of horizontal wells with long horizontal section in tight reservoirs is realized,which provides valuable experience for subsequent development.
