摘要
目的:观察平衡火罐配合引阳入阴气息导引推拿法治疗不寐的临床疗效。方法:选取不寐症状的住院患者60例,其中30例患者纳入试验组给予平衡火罐配合引阳入阴气息导引推拿法治疗;另外30例作为对照组,给予安慰剂治疗。干预前后发放PSQI量表,对试验组病人情况进行观察,比较试验组PSQI分值变化及临床症状的改善程度。结果:对照组23例患者显示无效,总有效率仅23.33%;试验组中症状消失、睡眠时间增加3 h以上、睡眠深度增加的患者达10例,睡眠时间较前增加小于3 h但症状改善的患者有16例,总有效率达86.66%,两组之间在总体疗效上比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组30例患者治疗前后PSQI量表7个成份每个成分PSQI总分比较,有统计学差异,治疗后各成分总分均有降低(P<0.05)。结论:平衡火罐配合引阳入阴气息导引推拿法治疗不寐疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of balanced cupping combined with Yang diversion and Yin breath guiding massage in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:60 patients with insomnia were selected,30 patients were treated with balanced cupping and guided massage with yang and yin breath,and the other 30 as control group were treated with placebo.PSQI scale was issued before and after intervention to observe the patients in the experimental group and to compare the changes of PSQI scores and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the experimental group.Results:In the control group,23 cases showed no effect,and the total effective rate was 23.33%.In the trial group,the symptoms disappeared,sleep time increased more than 3 hours,sleep depth increased in 10 patients,sleep time increased less than 3 hours but symptoms improved in 16 patients,the total effective rate was 86.66.There was statistical difference between the two groups in overall curative effect (P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the PSQI scores of 7 components of PSQI scale in the trial group were significantly different,and the total scores of each component were decreased after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of balanced cupping combined with Yin inducing massage therapy on insomnia is remarkable.
