摘要
叠合梁斜拉桥主梁拼装阶段步骤较多,需要对这些施工步骤进行多种方案的组合。文章以宜宾南溪长江公路大桥项目钢梁吊装工程为例,介绍了叠合梁主梁拼装工艺,并建立模型对叠合梁各种成梁施工阶段进行模拟计算,分析各种成梁施工阶段对主梁应力的影响规律,得到最优施工步骤与主梁应力的合理组合,可为优化施工组织、控制施工风险、提高施工质量提供依据。
There are many steps in the main beam assembly stage of composite beam cable-stayed bridge,thus it requires various scheme combinations for these construction steps.With the steel beam hoisting project of Yibin Nanxi Yangtze River Highway Bridge project as the example,this article introduces the main beam assembling process of composite beam,and establishes the model for the simulation calculation on various beam forming construction stages of composite beam,analyzes the influence law of various beam forming construction stages on the main beam stress,and obtain the reasonable combination of optimal construction steps and main beam stress,which can provide the basis for optimizing the construction organization,controlling the construction risk and improving the construction quality.
