摘要
金砖国家经贸合作与全球价值链重构问题,不仅关乎新常态下我国经济结构转型和"一带一路"构想的实现,还关乎世界未来几十年的经济走向。通过分析了金砖国家贸易显示性比较优势指数(RCA),并在引入增加值等全球价值链相关变量的基础上,考察了影响金砖国家竞争优势的因素。实证结果显示,金砖五国在不同产品出口中的竞争优势各不相同,一国出口产品基于前向分解的增加值贸易及前向分解的GVC参与指数是增加值RCA指数的重要影响因素,其影响程度视金砖国家产业结构及经济发展阶段的不同而有所差异。因此,应将金砖国家新型合作模式纳入我国"一带一路"重大战略构想的框架下,重新审视金砖国家在"一带一路"中起到的重要联接作用,实现更高层次的互利共赢。
The problem of BRICS’Trade Cooperation and Reconstruction of GVC is not only related to structural transformation of China’s economy and"The Belt and Road",but also affectsthe future of the world economy.This research analyzes RCA of BRICS,and introduce some variables related to GVC such as value-added,to explore the factors affecting BRICS countries’competitive advantages.The empirical results show that BRICS countries have different competitive advantages in exporting.The value-added trade based on forward decomposition and the GVC participation index based on forward decomposition are important factors affecting the value-added RCA.The degree of influence varies with the industrial structure and economic development stage of countries.Therefore,we should incorporate the BRICS new cooperation mode into the framework"The Belt and Road";and re-examine the important role of BRICS in it;so as to achieve a win-win situation at a higher level.
