摘要
由于火电厂锅炉刚性梁钢结构的特殊性,部分构件需焊接组装;同时,为实现火电厂锅炉刚性梁钢结构的防腐要求,需在保温层内使用耐高温防腐涂料。为此,介绍了3个工程中在钢结构焊接方式上的改进,最终在确保钢结构焊接质量的同时,确保了防腐材料在钢结构表面的涂装质量,具有一定的推广价值。
Due to the particularity of the rigid beam steel structure of thermal power plant boilers,some components need to be welded and assembled.At the same time,in order to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of rigid beam steel structures of thermal power plant boiler,the high-temperature anti-corrosion coatings shall be used in the insulation layer.To this end,the improvement of the welding method of steel structures in three projects is introduced.Finally,both the welding quality of steel structures and the coating quality of anti-corrosion material on steel structure surface are ensured at the same time,which has certain value of promotion.
