摘要 以硅树脂为成膜物,制备出一种具有很好耐热性和耐蚀性,可以在500℃下保护金属的耐高温防腐蚀涂料,并对滑石粉、铝粉和云母粉在有机硅耐高温涂料中的作用机理以及对涂料性能的影响进行了讨论。结果表明,当铝粉的加入量为15~30、云母粉的加入量为15~25、滑石粉的加入量为10~20时,制得的涂料可常温固化,涂层具有最佳的机械性能及耐高温性能。当漆膜厚度达到50μm,涂层可耐500℃高温,并具有良好的防腐蚀性能。浸润过的防沉剂能提高涂料的贮存稳定性,加入量0.2。 A kind of high temperature silicone coating with excellent heat resistance and good anti-corrosive properties was prepared with silicone resin. It can be used to resist corrosion at 500 oC with protection to metals. The effects of talcum powder, aluminum powder and mica powder on the performance of the coating and their mechanism of action were studied. The results showed that when the amount of aluminum powder was 15% to 30%, the amount of mica powder was 15% to 25%, and the amount of talcum powder is 10% to 20%, the coating could be cured at room temperature, with excellent mechanical properties and high temperature performance. When the thickness of the coating is 50um, it can resist a high temperature of 500 centidegree, with a good anti-corrosion. Soaked anti-sink agent can improve the storage stability of the paint, adding volume to 0. 2 % will be appropriate.
