摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了摩天轮的参数化模型,通过分析确定拉索预紧力需要考虑的因素,指出拉索预紧力张力上限由180°索是否满足拉索安全系数确定、下限由0°索是否松弛确定;对拉索预紧力的6种设计方案进行了优化设计,为设计人员提供了合理建议。
The parameterized model of a Ferris wheel is set up by ANSYS.By analyzing the factors influencing cable preload,the paper points out that the upper limit is controlled by the safety factor of the 180 degree cable,and the lower limit is determined by the slack of the 0 degree cable.Six design schemes of the cable preload are optimized.The conclusion of this paper has provided some reasonable suggestion for designers.
