基于悬链线理论的无牵引滑索滑速计算与优化

摘要 滑速是滑索设计的主要控制参数。基于悬链线理论,利用能量守恒定律,采用分段递推的方法,推导出滑索各等分点滑速的计算公式。结合工程应用实例,对跨度为360 m的滑索,设定的初始水平拉力分别为22 000 N、20 000 N、18 000 N,采用迭代法求解三种水平拉力下滑索的进站速度,并绘制三种水平拉力下滑索的线形曲线、升角曲线和速度曲线。计算结果表明,当水平拉力为18 000 N时,进站速度为2.2 m/s,满足设计规范的要求。该研究具有一定的工程应用价值,为滑索的设计安装提供了数据支持。 The sliding speed is the main control parameter of the strop ropeway design.Based on catenary theory,using the law of conservation of energy and piecewise recursive method,the calculation formula of slip velocity at each equipartition of the strop is derived.Combined with the engineering application example,the initial horizontal tension is set to 22000 N,20000 N and 18000 N respectively for the strop with 360 m span.The iterative method is used to solve the inlet velocity of the sliding strop under three horizontal tension conditions,and the linear curve,rise angle curve and velocity curve of the sliding strop are plotted.The calculation results show that when the horizontal tension is 18000 N,the inlet velocity is 2.2 m/s,which meets the requirements of design specifications.The research has certain engineering application value,and provides data support for the design and installation of strop ropeway.
