摘要
为提高电除尘器的设计效率和设计质量,将其传统的设计方法与智能CAD技术相结合,提出了一种实例推理与规则推理相集成的混合知识推理方法。设计了基于实例推理的快速实例检索流程,并给出了多级相似度匹配的算法和算例,提高了实例检索的效率和准确性,同时对基于规则推理的实例修改过程进行了说明。最终在NX平台上开发了电除尘器智能设计系统,有效缩短了电除尘器的设计周期。
To improve the design efficiency and quality of ESP,a hybrid knowledge reasoning method based on case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning is proposed by combining the traditional design method with intelligent CAD technology. A fast case retrieval process based on CBR is designed,and the multi-level similarity matching algorithm and example are given to improve the efficiency and accuracy of case retrieval. The process of case modification based on RBR is also described. Finally,an intelligent design system of ESP is developed on NX platform,which realizes the reuse of design knowledge and shortens the design cycle of ESP effectively.
