摘要
针对马头发电厂4#电除尘器设计与运行中存在的问题,通过现场测试其除尘效率及振打状况,提出合理的改造方案,对振打系统进行了改造和调试后,收到良好的效果,振打状况明显改善,除尘效率显著提高。
According to the problems existed in the design and operation of ESP No. 4 of Matou Power Plant , on- the- site test of cleaning efficiency and vibration is conducted, reasonable renovation program is put forward. After renovation and modulating on the vibration system, the vibration situation is improved and the cleaning efficiency is obviously increased.
