摘要
新钢中厚板生产线圆盘剪于2008年投入使用,在设备运行期间根据使用情况对圆盘剪刀刃侧间隙、重叠度检测编码器安装位置进行了调整,剪体宽度横移检测编码器改为位移传感器,检测精度得到提高。刀刃侧间隙、重叠度、剪体宽度由操作人员在HMI界面上设定和调整,操作更加方便、简洁和直观。
The disc shear of medium plate production line in Xingang started up in 2008.During operation,the installation positions of the dectection encoders for knife side gap and overlap of disc shear are adjusted according to the actual application condition,the transverse movement encoder is replaced by displacement encoder for shear width,which improves the detection accuracy.The knife side gap,overlap and shear width can be set up and adjusted on HMI by operator,which enables convinient,simple and direct operation.
