摘要
就一种较好的拉剪式圆盘剪结构做了简要介绍和分析。重点分析了圆盘剪剪刃间隙调整机构、刀轴结构及开口度调整机构,并提出提高设备精度和刚度、保证设备性能的措施。同时阐明了带钢对中性是保证剪切机组能够连续剪切和运行的关健环节。较高的带钢对中性还可提高成材率。
This paper simply analyses the structure ofa kind of perfect pulling-cut round shears, It mainly describes the space adjustments of round shears blades、the knife arbor adjustments and the opening adjustments,and gives the measures for improving equipment's precision and rigidity and assurng equipment'a performance. At the same time it clarifies that strip alignment is the key to assuring shearing train can continuously shear and run. Better strip alignment is also helpful for the strip growing to full size.
