摘要
作为企业管理的教练工具——"高效人士五项管理"在提高经济效益,帮助员工能力成长方面取得了很好成效。本文分析了目前高职院校教师面临的价值感下降、目标迷失、精力不足、学习滞后等问题,提出了引用"五项管理"的理念,帮助教师改变心态、厘清目标、用好时间、加强学习、抛弃拖延,从而提高教育教学工作效率,促进高职教师全面成长。
As a coaching tool for enterprise management,“Five Key Factors of Leadership”has achieved good results in improving economic efficiency and helping employees develop abilities.The paper analyzes the problems teachers in higher vocational colleges are faced with,namely low self-worth,losing goals,lack of energy and learning lag,and puts forward the concept of“Five Key Factors of Leadership”to help teachers change mentality,clarify the goals,make good use of time,enhance learning and abandon procrastination,which consequently improves teaching efficiency and promotes teachers’professional development in higher vocational colleges.
