摘要
茶文化是我国传统文化的瑰宝,博大精深。喝茶不仅能够满足人体生理需要,而且茶道中的知识、礼仪、规范、审美等能够提升饮茶者的综合素质与修养,茶文化中蕴含的价值观、道德观、审美情趣对当代大学生与社会的进步有着积极的指导意义。从茶文化的文化育人功能谈起,对学过茶文化的高职学生进行了人文素养影响的调查分析,并以武汉职业技术学院为例,探讨了在大学生文化育人及职业素养教育中的做法。
As the gem of traditional Chinese culture,tea culture is very profound.Drinking tea can meet the physiological needs of the human body and the knowledge,etiquette,norms and aesthetics in the tea ceremony can improve the comprehensive quality and self-cultivation of the tea drinkers.Furthermore,the value orientations,moral values and aesthetic tastes contained in the tea culture are of positive guiding significance for contemporary college students and social progress.This paper starts from the cultural education function of tea culture,analyzes the humanities literacy influence on high vocational students who have studied tea culture.In conclusion,we take Wuhan Polytechnic as an example and discuss the practice of tea college students’cultural teaching in and their professional literacy education.
