摘要
产城融合是一种新发展理念,将产业与城市功能进行空间整合,让产业融入城市,城市更好地服务于产业,最终实现"产、城、人"三者融合。文章采用涵盖城市发展水平、产业高端化水平和城镇化质量水平3个方面的12个指标构建产城融合测度指标体系,基于因子分析方法综合评价安徽16个地市的产城融合发展水平。结果表明:安徽各地区的产城融合发展水平存在较强的异质性。其中,合肥、芜湖、马鞍山、蚌埠、宣城、滁州等5个地市的产城融合测度综合得分大于0,而其余地市的得分小于0。进一步采用聚类分析将安徽各地市划分为高度融合、中度融合、低度融合和基本分离四种类型,为制定促进安徽产城融合发展政策提供理论参考。
The integration of industry and city is a new development concept,which means integrating industry and urban functions in terms of space,making the industry integrate into the city,and the city better serve the industry,and finally realizing the integration of"industry,city and people".In this paper,12 indicators covering three aspects,namely,urban development level,industrial high-end level and urbanization quality level are adopted to build an indicator system for city and industry integration.Based on factor analysis method,the development level of city and industry integration in 16 cities in Anhui province is evaluated.The results show that there is a strong heterogeneity in the integrated development level of cities and industries in Anhui.Among them,five cities,including Hefei,Wuhu,Maanshan,Bengbu,Xuancheng and Chuzhou scored more than 0,while the other cities scored less than 0.The cluster analysis was adopted to classify all the cities in Anhui into four types:high integration,moderate integration,low integration and basic separation,providing theoretical reference for the formulation of policies to promote the integration development of industry and city in Anhui.
