全自动免疫荧光分析仪与常规培养法对食品中沙门氏菌检测效果的比较 被引量:6

摘要 分别采用全自动免疫荧光分析仪(Mini VIDAS)检测法和常规培养法对230份样品进行沙门氏菌检测,两种方法得出的结果一致,230份样品中有11份为阳性,MiniVIDAs检测法有较高的灵敏度和特异性,具有很大的应用价值,可作为常规检测的快速检测手段。 Salmonella was detected in 230 samples by Mini VIDAS method and conventional culture method. 11 of 230 samples were positive. The results obtained by the two methods were the same. By comparing and evaluating the sensitivity and specificity of Mini VIDAs detection method, it has great application value and can be used as a fast detection method for routine detection.
