摘要
研究了应用全自动荧光酶免疫分析仪(VIDAS)检测东莞口岸冻肉产品中的沙门氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7等致病菌。对100个样本进行检测,阳性结果与传统方法一致。与传统方法相比,该方法灵活性高,可同时进行VIDAS的不同试验,也可单个测试运作。经48h增菌过程后,多数试验可于50min内结束,大大缩短检验周期,提高工作效率。
This article studies examination of pathogens like Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli O157：H7 in frozen meat products empolying VITEK Immune Diagnostic Assay System （VIDAS）. The results of 100 samples examining by VIDAS were consistent with the results of traditional assays. Comparing with the traditional assays, VIDAS has advantages as higher sensitivity, operating different assays at the same time etc. After 48 hours concentration most assays can be finished in 50 minnites, thus the inspection cycle can be shortened and the efficiency can be improved largely.
