摘要
新时代的发展需要创新型工程技术人才,这对于担负着培养责任的高等院校来说是个重要课题。而中日工程教育共有的现状是学生动手能力差、创新不足。如何改善现状,培养创新型人才是个亟待解决的问题。日本德岛大学在创新教育理念指导下积极进行教育改革,成立创成学习开发中心作为创新教育的实践机构。为培养学生的创新能力,开设创新教育课程——创成科目,优化课程体系,鼓励学生自主创造,并采取创造性教育方法。为客观合理地对创成科目学习达成度进行评价,德岛大学研发了presentation评价法,能够综合评价学生的各方面能力。德岛大学的一系列改革和实践取得了良好效果,可为我国高校工程教育提供借鉴。
The development in the new era requires innovative talents on engineering and technology,bringing the importance of training roles played by colleges and universities.The common present situation in engineering education of both China and Japan is that students lacking of innovation have poor practical ability.As a result,how to improve the situation and cultivate innovative talents becomes the problem to be solved urgently.Under the guidance of innovative educational principles,Tokushima University actively carried out educational reform,setting up the Creative Learning and Development Center serving as a practical institution for innovative education.Courses of creative education named innovative subjects aiming at students'innovation training are set up,including optimization of curriculum system and cultivation of students'independent innovation with creative education methods.The presentation evaluation method for objective and reasonable evaluating learning effect of those subjects was developed by Tokushima University,which can comprehensively evaluate the students'abilities in all aspects.A series of reforms and practices of Tokushima University have achieved good effects,offering referential significance to engineering education of colleges and universities in China.
