摘要
在"双一流"背景下,高校科研平台和科研团队已经成为高校一流学科的关键因素。文章通过从高校科研平台具有打造高效科研团队的能力、协助科研团队树立正确的科研观、实现科研团队的可持续发展等方面,从理论上探索高校科研平台对科研团队的影响力。通过材料学院实例说明科研平台能更好地推动科研团队的建设,加强彼此间的相互协同,能更好地为学校"双一流"建设服务。
Under the background of'double-first-class',the scientific research platform and the scientific research team have become the key factor of the top-class discipline in colleges and universities.This paper theoretically explores university scientific research platform on scientific research team based on the study that the university scientific research platform has the ability to create an efficient scientific research team,to help the scientific research team to establish a correct scientific research view,and to achieve the sustainable development of the scientific research team and so on.The example of College of Materials Science and Engineering shows that the platform can better promote the construction of scientific research team,strengthen the mutual cooperation,and better serve the"double first-class"construction of the university.
