摘要
大型冷库氨制冷压力管道工况复杂,尤其是低压侧的管道,由于温度较低,并且有不易拆除的聚氨酯泡沫保温,即使去除后在运行状态还是会很快结冰,对于测厚检测和射线探伤增加了难度。超声导波技术的优势在于提高长距离氨制冷管道腐蚀的检测效率,避免停机和保温层拆除的环节,结合现场实际应用效果,表明该技术在大型冷库氨制冷管道检验中具备一定的优势,存在较大的应用市场。
The large-scale cold storage ammonia refrigeration pressure pipeline has complicated working conditions,especially the low-pressure side pipeline,which is kept by a low temperature and has a polyurethane foam which is not easy to be removed.Even if it is removed,it will freeze quickly in the running state,which makes it difficult to measure the thickness and detect the radiation.The advantage of ultrasonic guided wave technology is to improve the detection efficiency of long-distance ammonia refrigeration pipeline corrosion,avoid the shutdown and the removal of insulation layer,combined with the actual application effect of the site,indicating that the technology has certain advantages in the inspection of large-scale cold storage ammonia refrigeration pipeline,and there is a large application market.
