Application of transducers in pipes inspection using ultrasonic guided waves

摘要 管道超声导波检测技术是一种新兴的无损检测方法。利用该技术可以在一点对管道进行快速而全面的检测,节省检测时间,减少劳动强度。而由于导波的频散、多模态特性和管道工作条件、结构尺寸的不同,使得在超声导波检测中对导波的激励方式和传感器的使用要求也不尽相同。传感器的选择对管道超声导波检测的实现十分重要。简要回顾了五种不同类型传感器在管道导波检测中的工作机理、特性及其应用。 A technique using guided waves for inspecting pipes is a new nondestructive testing method.The pipes are inspected rapidly and globally from a single test location using the technique,it can save time and lessen power intensities.For dispersion and multi-mode characteristic and diversity of operating condition and dimension of pipes in plants,different kinds of transducers are needed to use during ultrasonic guided waves inspection.It is important to choose transducers during ultrasonic guided waves inspection under pipes.Work mechanism,characteristic and application range of five kinds of transducers are briefly reviewed during it.
