摘要
水泥乳化沥青复合材料兼具水泥和乳化沥青胶结料的优良性能,作为一种复合胶结材料可使水泥乳化沥青混凝土成为道路铺面材料选择之一.从水泥乳化沥青复合材料的粘弹性能和微观作用机理两方面概括了水泥乳化沥青复合材料的研究进展,综述了采用不同仪器方法和不同水泥乳化沥青沥青质量比(C/A)的水泥乳化沥青复合材料的粘弹性能研究情况以及水泥乳化沥青复合材料粘弹性能的模拟表征方法,并概述了水泥乳化沥青复合材料的微观结构和两者相互作用的研究进展.最后,总结了当前水泥乳化沥青复合材料及其混凝土研究中存在的不足,并提出了相应的改善措施和未来研究方向.
Cement emulsified asphalt composite material has excellent performance of both cement and emulsified asphalt,which makes the cement emulsified asphalt concrete become one of the paving materials.This paper summarizes the research progress of cement emulsified asphalt composite from two aspects of viscoelastic properties and microscopic mechanism of action.The research development in the viscoelasticity of cement emulsified asphalt composite material with different instruments,methods and C/A as well as the simulation of viscoelasticity are discussed in the paper.Meanwhile,the microstructure and interaction of cement and emulsified asphalt in composite material are demonstrated.At last,the shortcomings in present research on cement emulsified asphalt composite material and concrete are pointed out,meanwhile the improvement measures and future research directions are proposed.
