摘要
研究了片麻岩粗集料C60高强混凝土在桥梁中的应用,探讨了粉煤灰和矿粉适量掺入对片麻岩混凝土性能的影响,同时对比了同一配比下片麻岩混凝土和石灰岩混凝土的各种性能,探求了片麻岩混凝土是否满足桥梁工程高性能指标要求.实验表明,掺粉煤灰和矿粉对片麻岩混凝土的影响与对其他类型混凝土影响的规律基本一致;片麻岩混凝土的抗折、劈拉强度和静弹性模量均明显低于石灰岩混凝土,但抗压强度及耐久性能基本相同;片麻岩混凝土满足桥梁工程要求.
The application of gneiss coarse aggregate in C60 high strength concrete in bridge was studied. The effection of proper addition of fly ash and breeze on the performance of the gneiss coarse aggregate concrete was explored , as well as the performance comparison between the gneiss coarse aggregate concrete and the limestone coarse aggregate concrete in the same mix proportion. The meet of gneiss coarse aggregete concrete in high performance requirements of bridge engineering was seek. The results shows that the influence of adding the fly ash and the breeze on gneiss coarse aggregate concrete is the same as it of them on the other types Qf concrete. Instead of that compressive strength and durability are the same, flexural and splitting tensile strength and static elastic modulus of the gneiss coarse aggregate concrete are apparently below them of the limestone coarse aggregate concrete. It can meet requirements of bridge engineering.
