摘要
借助anycasting软件对铝合金缸体铸造工艺进行数值模拟,首先选取650、750、850℃3组不同浇注温度,比较充型和凝固各参数获得最佳温度750℃。之后在浇注系统增加冒口和改变内浇口数量进行工艺优化,避免充型不合理造成的铸造缺陷,达到预测缩松和缩孔的目的。
Numerical simulation of Aluminum alloy cylinder block casting process was carried by anycasting software.Firstly,three groups of different pouring temperature,650,750 and 850 degree centigrade,were selected and filling and solidification parameters were compared to achieve optimal temperature of 750 degree centigrade.Then,the number of riser and the gate in the pouring system was increased to optimize casting process to avoid the casting defects caused by unreasonable filling,achieving the aim of predicting shrinkage and shrinkage cavity.
