摘要 教学、科研、服务社会是高等院校的三大职能。教学是最为根本的职能,科研、服务社会都是由教学职能衍化的,科研、服务社会都应该服务于高等院校的教学职能。科研反哺教学就是科研服务于教学职能的体现,科研反哺教学需要正确的路径。因此要树立科研反哺教学的思想观念、营造良好的科研反哺教学氛围、积累科研反哺教学的资源、提高教师教学与科研相结合的能力、建立健全科研教学相融合制度等。 Teaching,scientific research and social service are three major functions of colleges and universities.Among them,teaching is the most fundamental function,from which scientific research and social service derive.Thus,scientific research and social service should both serve the teaching function of colleges and universities.That scientific research feeds teaching is the embodiment of how scientific research serves teaching functions and this requires correct paths including establishing ideological concepts,creating a positive atmosphere,accumulating resources,improving teachers'ability to combine teaching with scientific research,establishing a sound integration system and so on.
