摘要
警察权法治要体现宪法基本原则的法治精神,贯彻宪法基本原则的主要内容,支持宪法基本原则的具体实现。持续推进警察权法治,必须将人民主权原则、人权保障原则、权力制约原则及法治原则贯穿其中并满足其特定要求。
The rule of law of the police power must reflect the rule of law of the basic principles of the Constitution,implement the main content of the basic principles of the Constitution,and support the concrete realization of the basic principles of the Constitution.To continuously promote the rule of law of the police power,the principle of the people's sovereignty,the principle of human rights protection,the principle of power restriction and the principle of the rule of law must be penetrated and meet its specific requirements.
