摘要
为探究不同种类降凝剂的降凝效果,采用GC-MS对市售0#柴油的有效成分进行定性和定量分析,同时采用SYP1016-2C多功能低温试验器测量了国内外常用的15种降凝剂的凝点,通过对比分析选出3种降凝效果较好的国产降凝剂进行复配,研究复配对降凝效果的影响。结果表明,0#柴油直链烷烃质量分数约为45.73%,主要以C14-C34居多,15种降凝剂的降凝效果差异较大,表现出一定的选择性,同时协同作用的降凝剂复配能够提高降凝效能。
In order to study the depressing effect of different kinds of pour point depressant,effective components of commercially-available 0#diesel were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS,and pour points of 15 kinds of commonly-used pour point depressants were tested by SYP1016-2C multi-function low-temperature tester.By comparison analysis,3 kinds of home-made pour point depressant with better performance were compounded and the effects were analyzed.The result showed that,straight-chain paraffin consists of 45.73wt%of 0#diesel,mainly made up by C14~C34.15 kinds of pour point depressants exhibit large differences in depressing effect,being selective,and the compound of pour point depressants with synergetic effect can improve the depressing performance.
