摘要
目的探讨医护联合管床同步查房在缩短甲状腺患者离院等候时间的成效。方法根据医生与护士的职称分为三组,选取我院500名甲状腺术后出院患者作为研究对象,采取方便抽样方法分为空白组、对照组及实验组,对三组出院患者离院等候时间进行统计分析。结果甲状腺患者离院等候时间由132.15min降至60.62min,缩短71.53min,三组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。对出院患者进行满意度调查,六个维度组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论医护联合管床同步查房是直接缩短甲状腺术后出院患者离院等候时间有效方法,该方法也能直接提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of doctors and nurses simultaneous ward round on reducing waiting time for leaving hospital for thyroid patients.Methods According to the titles of doctors and nurses,they were divided into three groups.500 patients who were discharged from the hospital after thyroidectomy were selected as research subjects and they were divided into blank group,control group and experimental group by convenient sampling method.Waiting time for leaving hospital for patients in three groups was given statistical analysis.Results Waiting time for leaving hospital for thyroid patients was reduced from 132.15 min to 60.62 min,shortening by 71.53 min.And differences between three groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Satisfaction survey was performed on discharged patients,and the difference between the six dimensional groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Doctors and nurses simultaneous ward round is an effective method to reduce waiting time for leaving hospital for thyroid patients.It can also improve satisfaction degree of patients directly.
