摘要
利用高速剪切乳化机制备出5%、10%和15%的废旧轮胎橡胶粉改性沥青,利用动态剪切流变仪对基质沥青和橡胶粉改性沥青分别进行30℃、40℃、50℃和60℃温度条件下重复蠕变恢复试验。试验结果表明:掺加橡胶粉的改性沥青在高温条件下具有更优异的抗变形能力,能够提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性。
Using high-speed shear emulsification mechanism to prepare 5%, 10% and 15% waste tire rubber Powder Modified asphalt, and then using dynamic shear rheometer to the matrix asphalt and rubber powder modified asphalt respectively 30℃, 40℃, 50℃and 60℃temperature repeated creep recovery test. The test results show that the modified asphalt with rubber powder has better anti-deformation ability at high temperature, and can improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
