摘要
在番茄苗期设置白光(W)、红光(R)、蓝光(B)和3种红蓝组合光(2R/8B、5R/5B、8R/2B)共6种光质进行4 h夜间补光处理,以研究不同LED光质夜间补光对番茄幼苗生长及光合作用的影响。结果表明,补充红光、蓝光和红蓝组合光均有利于抑制番茄幼苗徒长,促进茎粗增粗和叶面积扩展。各处理中,红蓝组合光8R/2B处理番茄幼苗生物量和壮苗指数表现最佳,且叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总量和净光合速率均最高,表明红蓝组合光8R/2B是番茄设施育苗最佳的补光光质。
Effects of nighttime LED light supplementation on the growth and photosynthesis of tomato seedlings were studied by four hours of LED lighting during the night using six different kinds of LED lights,namely,white light(W),red light(R),blue light(B),and three combinations of red and blue lights(2R/8B,5R/5B,or8R/2B).The results showed that the red light,blue light,2R/8B,or5R/5B,or8R/2B combinations lights were beneficial to the tomato seedlings by growth inhibition,stem thickening,and leaf area expansion.Supplementing8R/2B combination light on tomato seedlings resulted in the best biomass accumulation,the best seedlings index,the highest chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents,and the highest net photosynthetic rate.These results indicate that the red and blue8R/2B combination LED light is the best supplementing light quality for tomato seedlings.
