不同杀虫剂对烟草蚜虫的室内毒力测定 被引量:8

摘要 为筛选防治烟蚜抑制效果较好的杀虫剂,在室内的条件下,采用浸叶法测定了四种杀虫剂对烟草蚜虫的毒力。结果表明,5%啶虫脒乳油对烟草蚜虫毒力较低,LC_(50)值为50. 1172 mg/L,毒力较高的药剂为0. 3%苦参碱水剂,其LC_(50)为1. 4328 mg/L,而70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂和0. 3%印楝素水剂对烟草蚜虫的LC_(50)值分别为16. 7430mg/L、4. 2007 mg/L,两种植物源杀虫剂0. 3%苦参碱水剂和0. 3%印楝素乳油对烟草蚜虫的毒力较好。 In order to select insecticides with good inhibitory effect on Myzus persicae(Sulzer),the toxicities of four insecticides against M.persicae were determined by leaf dipping method in the laboratory.The results showed that 5%acetamiprid emulsifiable concentrate(EC)had the weakest toxicity to the adults of M.persicae and the LC 50 value was 50.1172 mg/L,while 0.3%matrine aqueous solution(AS)had the strongest toxicity to the aphids and the LC 50 value was 1.4328 mg/L.The LC 50 value of 70%imidacloprid water-dispersible granules(WG)was 16.7340 mg/L and that of 0.3%azadirachtin AS was 4.2007 mg/L.It is clear that 0.3%matrine AS and 0.3%azadirachtin EC,both of which are sourced from plants,had higher toxicity to M.persicae than other two insecticides.
