4种植物源杀虫剂对烟蚜的药效及其对异色瓢虫的毒力测定 被引量:22

摘要 为选择对烟蚜控制效果较好而对异色瓢虫毒性较小的植物源杀虫剂,测定了虫菊素—苦参碱、百部—川楝—苦参碱、苦参碱、鱼藤酮等4种常见植物源杀虫剂对烟蚜的田间药效及其对异色瓢虫成虫的毒力。结果表明,百部—川楝—苦参碱对烟蚜控制效果最好,接近化学杀虫剂对照吡虫啉,除虫菊素—苦参碱和鱼藤酮防效次之。另外,除虫菊素—苦参碱和苦参碱对异色瓢虫成虫的安全系数相对较高,分别为12.82~15.39和5.57~13.48。4种植物源杀虫剂中除虫菊素—苦参碱对烟蚜和异色瓢虫的选择性较高,适宜在烟蚜防治中与异色瓢虫交替组合使用。 To select the botanical pesticides which have good control effect against Myzus persicae and low toxicity for Harmonia axyridis, the control effect against M. persicae and determination of toxicity to H. axyridis were conducted by 4 botanical pesticides. Results showed the control effect against M. per sicae of stemoninemelia toosendanmatrine was the best, which was close to that of imidacloprid. The control effects of pyrethrinsmatrine and rotenone took second place. In addition, pyrethrinsmatrine and matrine had relatively greater safety coefficient to H. axyridis, which were 12.82 - 15.39 and 5.57 - 13.48, respectively. So pyrethrinsmatrine has high selection to M. persicae and H. axyridis, and it is suitable for using alternately with H. axyridis in controlling M. persicae.
