食品级白油降浊点催化剂的开发及性能评价 被引量:1

Development and performance evaluation of low cloud point catalyst of food-grade white oil

摘要 大黏度、高黏度指数加氢基础油存在浊点偏高的问题,以此为原料采用单段贵金属加氢精制难以获得固态石蜡指标合格的食品级白油,在实验室里开展了低温贵金属脱蜡催化剂与贵金属加氢精制催化剂组合催化剂生产低浊点食品级白油的研究。研究结果表明,以复合分子筛AEL-MCM、MFI-MCM制得的两种贵金属脱蜡催化剂和以无定型硅铝制得的贵金属精制催化剂形成的组合催化剂,采用浊点达18℃的300N和浊点达12℃的600N加氢基础油为原料,采用一段加氢工艺,在总体积空速与单段贵金属精制相同的情况下,脱蜡催化剂反应温度在240℃以上、后精制催化剂温度在220℃以上即可获得浊点低于-10℃且固态石蜡合格的大黏度食品级白油;得到的食品级白油收率超过99%,产品分馏只需要采用200℃常压汽提即可。 High viscosity and high viscosity index hydrogenation base oil had the problem of high cloud point,which was dif-ficult to obtain solid paraffin qualified food-grade white oil with one stage noble metal hydrofining process.The research on production of low cloud point food-grade white oil was carried out by the combination of low temperature precious metal de-waxing catalyst and noble metal hydrofining catalyst.Results showed that high viscosity and solid paraffin qualified food-grade white oil with cloud point lower than-10℃was manufactured through one stage hydrogenation process,taking base oil 300N(the cloud point was 18℃)and 600N(the cloud point was 12℃)as raw materials,through the catalyst combination of pre-cious metal dewaxing catalysts(including composite molecular sieve MFI-MCM and AEL-MCM)and noble metal hydrofin-ing catalyst(amorphous silicon aluminum carrier),in the same case of the total volume space velocity with the single stage noble metal refining process,and the reaction temperatures of dewaxing and hydrofining process were higher than 240℃and 220℃,respectively.The food-grade white oil yield was more than 99%,and the product fractionation only need atmosphere pressure gas stripping at 200℃.
