摘要
采用壳牌公司以异构脱蜡催化剂为核心的全加氢工艺,对新疆克拉玛依石蜡基原油减四馏分油、轻脱油进行了实验室工艺研究,并经工业试生产,可以生产出APIⅡ、Ⅲ类润滑油基础油,其主要产品性质可以分别满足中国石油HVIWH300、VH-VIH90BS的质量要求,但这两种大粘度产品浊点达到16℃左右,室温下长期存储会出现絮状物,需要进一步研究解决。
With the hydroisomerization dewaxing process of Shell Company, API Ⅱ group and API Ⅲ group lube base oils were produced by taking VGO No. 4 and DAO from Xinjiang Karamay paraffin crude oil as raw materials after a series of lab tests and commercial trial production. The developed oils can meet the quality requirements of HVIWH300 and VHVIH90BS respectively. But all the haze points of the two products are about 16℃, and the floccus will appear in these oils with the time going by. The problem of haze point in high viscosity lube oil will still need to study continually.
