Improvement of the Normal Pressure Vessel Coupon Test Method for the Average Corrosion Rate of Oilfield Produced Water

摘要 为了解决油田采出水处理设施的腐蚀问题,需要定期在污水罐中进行现场挂片,同时测试气相、液相及气液界面各处的平均腐蚀速率。针对现有油田水平均腐蚀速率常压容器试片测试法存在操作过程复杂、腐蚀速率重现性差和测试结果误差大的问题,对腐蚀试片的挂具进行了改进,研制了由浮球和腐蚀挂具构成的腐蚀挂片装置,简化操作过程,固定试片相对液面位置,腐蚀速率相对偏差降低至5%以下,增强了数据的可比性,提高了测试数据的准确性,确保测试结果更能真实反映现场腐蚀实际情况。 In order to solve the corrosion problem of oilfield produced water treatment equipment,the on-site coupon test should be taken regularly in the sewage tank,and the average corrosion rate of gas phase,liquid phase and gas-liquid interface should be tested at the same time.The existing normal pressure vessel coupon test method for the average corrosion rate of oilfield produced water has problems of complex operation process,poor repeatability of corrosion rate and big errors of test results.Aiming at above problems,the hanging tool of the coupon test is improved.The new coupon test device contains a floater and a hanging tool,so it can simply the operation process and fix the relative liquid level position.With the new device,the relative deviation of corrosion rate is reduced to below 5%,comparability of the test date is stronger,accuracy of the test data is higher,and the test results can better reflect the real on-site corrosion conditions.
