摘要
目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶2/9在大鼠颈动脉迂曲形成中的发生机制。方法:应用大鼠颈动脉自体移植建立动脉迂曲模型,检测迂曲指数、迂曲动脉细胞增殖、血管壁基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达,初步探讨颈动脉迂曲的发生机制。结果:移植后的颈动脉出现明显屈曲;与对照组相比,内皮细胞增殖和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达显著增加;移植动脉的弯曲程度在术后1周也有明显增加,而管壁厚度/管腔直径比、血压和血流速度均未见明显变化。MMP-9在屈曲动脉中的表达与对照组无明显差异。结论:基质金属蛋白酶2的表达与大鼠颈动脉迂曲形成中有一定的相关性,可为进一步研究颈动脉迂曲形成提供一定基础。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of matrix metalloproteinase 2/9 in the formation of carotid artery tortuosity in rats.Methods:A rat model of arterial tortuosity was established by autologous rat carotid artery transplantation to detect the distortion index,the proliferation of tortuous arterial cells,the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9).Mechanism of carotid tortuosity.Results:The carotid artery after transplantation showed obvious flexion;compared with the control group,endothelial cell proliferation and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)expression increased significantly;the degree of curvature of the graft artery also increased significantly during the week after surgery.There was no significant change in wall thickness/cavity diameter ratio,blood pressure,and blood flow velocity.The expression of MMP-9 in the flexion artery was not significantly different from that of the control group.Conclusion:The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 has a certain correlation with the formation of carotid artery tortuosity in rats,which may provide a basis for further study of carotid tortuosity.
