摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者外周血血管生成素-1(Ang-1)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达及Ang-2与MMP-2水平的相关性。方法:选取冠心病患者126例,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)42例,不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)42例,稳定性心绞痛(SAP)42例,同时选择45例体检健康者为对照组。应用Gensini积分法对冠心病病变血管狭窄程度进行定量评估,测定血浆Ang-1、Ang-2及MMP-2浓度,并对Ang-2和MMP-2水平进行相关性分析。结果:急性冠脉综合征组(AMI组和UAP组)血浆Ang-2和MMP-2水平均明显高于对照组和SAP组,差异具有统计学意义,而Ang-1在各组间无显著性差异。相关性分析显示冠心病组Gensini积分与Ang-2和MMP-2均呈明显的正相关,Ang-2与MMP-2水平呈显著的正相关。结论:Ang-2在急性冠脉综合征患者外周血中表达增加,可能系Ang-2促进MMP-2的表达引起斑块的稳定性降低而发挥作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) ,angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in patients with coronary heart disease and the correlation between Ang-2 and MMP-2 .Methods :126 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into three groups ,including 42 with a-cute myocardial infarction (AMI) ,42 with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 42 with stable angina pectoris (SAP) .Another 45 healthy subjects served as the control group .The severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease was evaluated by Gensini score .Plasma concentration of Ang-1 ,Ang-2 and MMP-2 was measured .Results :The concentration of plasma Ang-2 and MM P-2 in patients with acute coronary syndrome group (AMI and UAP group ) were significantly higher than control group and SAP group with significant differences ,but not Ang-1 .Ang-2 and MMP-2 levels were positively correlated with Gensini score .There were positively correlation between Ang-2 and MMP-2 levels .Conclusion :Ang-2 levels in peripheral blood are higher in patients with acute coronary syndrome .Ang-2 stimulating MM P-2 expression and reducing plaque stability might play a role .
