摘要
随着上海市被定位为亚洲医学中心城市、国际化的医疗旅游中心城市,医疗健康服务业将成为上海市的支柱产业之一。社会资本进入医疗健康领域,而且得到政府支持,体现出高端化、国际化、规模化的发展趋势。本文从建筑设计专业及管理角度出发,探讨新形势下的商改医设计原则和目标,再以上海市览海陆家嘴门诊部项目为例,从项目背景、建筑专业及机电专业技术难点、设计管理重点等方面介绍了遇到的困难及解决方式,并通过该项目的设计实践探究了新形势下商改医项目的特点及需要解决的问题。
With the positioning of the central city of Asian medical and international medical and treatment tourism,in Shanghai,the medical health service industry will become one of its pillar industries.Social capital has entered the field of medical health service,which is not only supported by the government,but also high-end,internationalized and large-scale.This paper discusses the design principle and objective of business reform to medical institution in new situation from the perspectives of professional architectural design and management,and takes the project design of Lujiazui outpatient department in Shanghai as the case to introduce the potential difficulty and solution from the project background,technical concern of the majors of architecture,machine and electricity,and key of design management.Through the project design practice,the characteristic and problem needed to be solved in the trend of business reform to medical institution under new situation are explored
