摘要
现代医学正从生物实验医学模式向生理、心理医学模式转变，在医院建设中已普遍关注和重视医疗环境的问题。在我国目前的经济条件下，改扩建仍是医院建筑发展的主要措施。从五个方面论述了医院改扩建与医疗环境的关系。
Modern medicine is changing from the model of biomedicine to the model of physiology and psychology. The problem of medical environment has still being valued widely in hospital building construction. However, being restricted by economical condition at present in China, the reconstruction and extension is a main measure in developmental hospital buildings. This paper discusses the relation between the reconstruction and extension of hospital buildings and medical environment.
