富里酸硒对长顺绿壳蛋鸡产蛋率、哈氏单位、蛋硒含量及白壳率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,将190日龄健康、体重和产蛋率相近的长顺绿壳蛋鸡150羽随机分为5组,每组3个重复,E组为对照组,A、B、C、D组饲料分别添加10 m L浓度为14.31、16.07、17.93、19.70 mg/kg(以硒计)富里酸硒添加液。预饲期14 d,正式试验60 d。试验期第7天、第14天、第21天、第30天、第45天和第60天随机采样检测。结果表明,在饲料中添加富里酸硒可以提高长顺绿壳蛋鸡产蛋率,各处理组均能提高产蛋率且与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);试验B组产蛋率提高最多,且与其他试验组差异显著(P<0.05),添加量以16.07 mg/kg为宜,添加量过大产蛋率有下降趋势;可显著提高长顺绿壳鸡蛋的哈氏单位,添加量以16.07 mg/kg为宜(P<0.05),添加量过大哈氏单位反而呈现下降趋势;能提高鸡蛋中的硒含量,添加浓度越大,蛋硒含量越高,但与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);可以显著提高长顺绿壳蛋鸡绿壳蛋率,试验组白壳率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),以试验B组白壳率最低。 150 Changshun Blue-EggshellChicken with healthy,190 days old,similar body weight and egg laying rate were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group.A single factor complete randomized trial was used to design 10 mL selenium fulvic acid supplement solution(in terms of selenium)in group E as control group,fed with 14.31,16.07,17.93,19.70 mg/kg(in terms of selenium).The experiment comprised 14 d-adaptation and 60 d-test.Test samples were randomly sampled on the 7th,14th,21st,30th,45th and 60th days of the test period.The results showed that adding selenium fulvic acid to the feed could increase the laying rate of Changshun blue-shell chickens.The egg production rate of group B was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and that of group B was significantly higher than that of other test groups(P<0.05).It was found that the added amount was 16.07 mg/kg,but if the added amount was too large,the content of selenium in egg decreased,and the content of selenium in egg was increased with the increase of the concentration of selenium,and the content of selenium in egg was increased with the addition of 16.07 mg/kg(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the control group and the control group,and the percentage of green shell eggs in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the white shell rate in group B was the lowest.
