摘要
试验旨在探讨日粮添加富硒酵母对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及鸡蛋营养价值的影响。选取144只28周龄健康的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡,试验期60 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,富硒组饲喂添加0.3 mg/kg富硒酵母的基础日粮。结果显示:与对照组相比,富硒组蛋鸡日产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著下降(P<0.05);富硒组鸡蛋中硒、α-亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);富硒组血清IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05);富硒组血清高密度脂蛋白、血清总蛋白水平以及总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白、尿素氮、总胆固醇、肌酐、丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加0.3 mg/kg富硒酵母可显著提高海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋营养价值,显著增强血清抗氧化能力和体液免疫功能,且对肝肾功能没有显著影响。
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary selenium-rich yeast on the laying performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indexes and egg nutritional value of Hy-Line Brown laying hens.One hundred and forty-four healthy 28-week-age Hy-Line Brown laying hens were selected and randomly divided into two groups with six replicates in each group and twelve hens in each replicate.The experimental period was 60 days.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the selenium-rich group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.3 mg/kg selenium-rich yeast.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the daily laying rate of the laying hens in the selenium-rich group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The content of Se,α-linolenic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in the eggs of the selenium-rich group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of serum IgG in the selenium-rich group was significantly increased(P<0.05);The levels of serum high-density lipoprotein,total protein,total-antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase in the selenium-rich group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The levels of low-density lipoprotein,blood urea nitrogen and total cholesterol,creatinine and malondialdehyde activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05).It was indicated that dietary 0.3 mg/kg selenium-rich yeast could significantly improve the laying performance and nutritional value of eggs of Hy-Line Brown laying hens,significantly enhance serum antioxidant capacity and humoral immune function,and had no significant impact on liver and kidney functions.
