摘要
人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,相对于人民日益增长的物质文化需要同落后的社会生产之间的矛盾,其基本内涵与矛盾的主要方面都发生了改变,更加强调生产方式的转型升级和发展的质量与效益,更加强调生活方式与生产方式的内在统一,更加注重新时代人民生活的内涵、品质与价值。新的主要矛盾论断是基于新的实践要求的理论创新与发展,体现了解放思想、实事求是的精神,为中国特色社会主义发展进入新时代作了有力注解。同时,我们也应该看到,新的社会主要矛盾仍然属于"需要"与"生产"之间矛盾的基本范畴,在我国社会主义初级阶段基本国情和最大发展中国家地位没有改变的大前提下,国家改革发展的主要问题与中心任务仍不会改变,这决定了中国社会主要矛盾的本质属性无法根本改变。但随着中国特色社会主义的实践演进,社会主要矛盾势必呈现出新的形态与特征。
The correct understanding of the principal social contradiction is concerned with how to comprehend and grasp the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the practical evidence of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and a series of other questions. The gap between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people s ever-growing needs for a better life is relative to the gap between the ever-growing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social production. Its basic connotation and principal aspect of a contradiction have changed, and it put more emphasis on the transformation and upgrading of the production mode, the inherent unify between the production mode and the lifestyle, and the connotation, quality and value of people s lives in the new era. Based on the theoretical innovation and development under the new practical requirements,the claim of the principal contradiction demonstrates the spirit of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, which explains solely that the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new period. Meanwhile, we should see the new principal social contradiction belongs in the basic category of demand and production. Based on the major premise that being in a primary stage of socialism as the biggest developing country in the world has not changed, the major problem and the central task of the China reform and development will not change which determines the essential attribute of the principal social contradiction facing Chinese society will have not fundamentally altered. However, with the practice of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, the principal social contradiction definitely presents some new morphological characteristics.
