摘要
基于成绩的专业教学质量评价模型主要通过分析学生学业成绩来评价专业教学质量水平。以西南地区某高校计算机学院各专业学生成绩为基础,提出课程集群化分析的观点,应用事后比较法发现专业间的整体差距;采用克伦巴赫α系数描述课程集群的耦合度,通过删除项目度量法,定位并删除成绩评价不合理的课程。最后应用卓越班的成绩数据检验其信效度,结果符合实际。该模型有效弥补了传统学生评估带有主观化的缺陷,对教学质量评价具有重要参考价值。
The evaluation model of the professional teaching quality based on performance,which evaluate the professional teaching quality by analyzing students’score.Based on the score of the students study in the college of computer science in Southwest China,this article puts forward the concept of curriculum cluster,and fi nds out the difference between the professional courses and the different courses of the same specialty.The Cronbach’sαdescribes the degree of coupling of the course cluster;by deleting the project metric method,positioning the curriculum with unreasonable performance evaluation.Apply the actual grade data to test its reliability and validity,and the result is consistent with the hypothesis.This model make up the traditional evaluation that ignores the teacher,the model has a certain reference value to evaluate the professional teaching quality.
