摘要
目的:观察双语分层教学模式在《护理学导论》课程中的运用和取得的实践效果。方法:选取护理专业学生128人进行教学实践研究,其中观察组(64人)采取双语分层教学模式,对照组(64人)采取传统双语教学模式,分析期末试卷成绩及观察组英文答题率,以观察双语分层教学实践效果。结果:观察组期末成绩(总分、及格率、优秀率)优于对照组(P=0.002);观察组期末试卷英文答题率达到46.09%,准确率达到89.12%,答题率及正确率各题型比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000),达到双语分层提高性层次阶段的教学目标,这与教学过程预期目标相吻合。结论:通过双语分层教学模式的实践,使一门理论性强的专业基础课收到了良好的教学效果,培养了学生自主学习能力、批判性思维的能力及护理专业英语应用能力。
Objective:To observe the application of bilingual hierarchical teaching model in the course of Introduction to Nursing and its practical effects.Methods:128 students recruited from nursing majors were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group for the research,64 students in each group.The observation group employed bilingual hierarchical teaching model,while the control group adopted the traditional bilingual teaching model.The scores of the final exam in the two groups,and the answer rate in English in the final exam in the observation group were analyzed with the SPSS18.0 statistics software so as to prove the practical effect of bilingual hierarchical teaching model.Results:The scores of the final exam in the observation group including the total score,the passing rate and the excellence rate were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The answer rate in English was 46.09%and the average accurate answer rate was 89.12%,and there was significant difference in the answer rate in English and the accuracy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The enhancement level(M2)of the teaching objectives was achieved,which corresponded with the expected teaching objectives in the teaching process.Conclusion:Through the practice of bilingual hierarchical teaching model,a theoretical and professional basic course is completed with a good teaching effect,which can cultivate students'autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability and professional English application ability.
